Where are my photos?

Now - we receive calls all summer long from parents who's players attended an establishment that is not Cooperstown All Star Village.  The are two large parks in the area; we work at the really awesome one.  :)  We are not affiliated with any other ballparks so please double check your paperwork and make sure you're calling the right place.

If you did order from us and have not received your order in the time frame that we gave you when you ordered it (4-6 weeks), please contact us at helpdesk@cooperstownbaseballphotos.comand we will assist you.

Where is my video?

We are picture people.  We do not handle any aspect of anything related to videos of the games. The game videos can be purchased through the CASV online store here.

How do I sign up to get you to take pictures of my team?

We will automatically cover a portion of all daytime games (weather permitting) until 7pm during the tournament. Each team will have their own online Complimentary Team Gallery where they can view and purchase photos, posters, and digital file packages. View photos here.

Do you offer any team packages?

We offer a Team Package that includes the all digital files of all the photos included in your team gallery plus a 50% discount on any poster products. If you purchase the Team Package we extend your Complimentary Team Gallery for an additional two weeks after you leave so that you can take advantage of the discount.  The cost for this is usually split between the families. Can I pick up my order on site?

 We ship all items and there will be no on-site pickup. 

I purchased single player digital files, how do I get them?

A link to download your single player digital file order will be emailed to the email address listed on the order.  Please check your spam folder if you believe you haven't heard from us in a timely manner.  In the case that there is no communication from us, even in your spam folder, please contact us directly at

How long will the link to my digital files be active?

Any links we send will last 3-4 months. We recommend that you download and backup before the link expires and as soon as you are able.

My order was delivered damaged, what do I do?

We visually inspect all orders before they are shipped for defects but sometimes they will be damaged by the post office. If this happens to you, we ask that you save all packaging material and take photos of the damage to the packaging and your order. Then email us at with your order number, description of the issue/damage, and attach the photos taken. We will investigate the issue and reach out to you with options.

How do I resolve issues not listed here?

If you receive your order and have issues that are not listed here, please take pictures of the issue. Then email us at with your order number, description of the issue, and attach the photos taken. We will investigate and if we determine that we made a mistake, we will correct it and re-print the item (or other procedure) and ship it or send a link to you (depending on the item) at no additional cost.
